On this episode of the show we are back to our old normal ways and decided to talk some politics. Mark Bland and Jason Kull are noht here to entertain you for a bit.
First up, Trump is being ordered to dissolve his businesses and he is becoming unhinged it seems. Trump has gon eon record to state that he wants to imprison his rivals and anyone that he doesn't like, while charging them with trreason. Mark and Jay discuss the likelihood of all of this and the fact that Trump is telling people out loud the mean things he wants to do to people. It's weird coming from a former president.
Next up is the 3rd bracket round of the Tournament of Pop Culture: Best Tv characters of all time. This time around we have Big bird entering the fray along with Arthur Spooner who is the chracter from King of Queens, but the guys mess up and think it is the name of the George Costanza's father Frank. So the guys discuss from the point of view of Frank in Seinfeld. Then again it's a simple mistake and people can write them on social media to let the guys know how dumb they are.
Finally, what is the girlfriend effect? Well Mark and Jason discuss how having a girlfrined makes you more attractive to other females. Plus the guys discuss some local fare and try to fill in the blanks on some country songs!
Jason Kull is back and ready to discuss what has been happening in the world. First up we discuss Biden and this impeachment mess that is plaguing the congress in 2023. Next we discuss Trump and how he is his own worst enemy moving forward. Plus we look into how Trump went on Meet the Press and destroyed his only defense in the election fraud cases.
Then we turn our focus to the Tournament of Pop Culture and the new bracket for week 2 of our Best TV Character of All Time tournament. And it seems people that don't understand pain, really think they can withstand a bullet...and it mind numbingly dumb!
Next the gents Take on the next great tournament of pop culture. Mark and company are going to do another 4 week breakdown competition to get to the final four of the BEST TV CHARACTERS of ALL TIME! Who makes the list? George Costanza might feel like a lock to make it. But so would Seinfeld himself! Plus you got Golden Girls and Roseanne and so many others...it's going to be a killer tournament. Well, well, well...It seems Mark and jason have been working hard and the show is showing the fruits of it's labor. People in other places wanna hear the show on their networks and we are happy to oblige.
Jason Kull and Mark Bland start off discussing about Covid and how people are worried about new lockdowns that just not coming. A Maryland school had a small outbreak of third graders and as usual the idiots took to social media to turn it into the next OUTBREAK scenario and it never comes to fruition. This is all after the men announce they are now SYNDICATED for the second time in history on multiple stations. Sure it's not national synidcation, but the show is moving in the right direction adding 102.5 WIBH to their already powerful 1280/105.3 KYRO!
Next up the gents discuss the Gerogia Election Fraud Case. The first set of hearings has already begun and it seems the republicans are trying to get out in front of what they are denying is a conspiracy. There is only one problem Mark noticed...they referenced the "conspiracy" underoath in the first discussion, so it was actually a conspiracy. Trump has argued for years that it was never some conspiracy and everyone just over reacted and was lying and/or LIBERAL. Weird stance to take. This also comes with some idiocy from the lawyers of Sidney Powell and Mr. Chesebro.
Fianlly it's time for another tournament of pop culture so people can get a taste at the new station of the types of fun we bring to the table. This tournament focuses on the upcoming halloween and fall season as we break down the best Horror Movie Sequels Battle Royale. This is not a list we created, but one that we are breaking down and discussing. Which horror movie franchise made the best sequel to date? Was it Halloween and Michael? How bout Freddy and Nightmare on Elm Street. Well join us and help us break these movies down and figure out who the big winner is!
Brandon Saffel of the Variety Sports Network joins us on this episode of the The Qnow. Brandon dons his sports hat to discuss mnay topics.
First up, Mark and Jason Kull have to lay the ground work out for the Liberals moving forward in the coming months and year for the 2024 election. Mark has seen some things that he wants the libs to change moving forward on their trek to the next election.
