We had it wrong all along. It was never gonna be a Civil War. The country is too interconnected and the states are on top of each other. Can't draw a east/west line or any other at this point. So everyone will have to be fair game in the new Trump led war on voters/citizens. Which means it will be the Real American PURGE. That's what they are gearing up for.
Jenna Roberson returns to hang out with Mark Bland and Jason Kull. Hopefully this time Mark will not butcher the name of this candidate for HD-63 in Missouri! But this time around they have a few things to talk about politically and a ranker review game to show and teach Jenna about!
First up everyone except Mark is now hip to the name of the new House Speaker, which is a gentleman named Mike Johnson. Problem is that Mike is known for being a nationalistic and trump supporting person. Putting those things together shows that the republicans are now all extremists and looking for ways to attack and hurt people. They can't accept their consequences for their attitudes and actions anymore and it is funny. This new man will be the ruin of the entire party.
Also, Trump is definitely learning consequences for his actions but it seems he has given up on trying to pretend to campaign anymore and instead has resorted to his old "Don't Vote" message that failed him in the 2020 election. This time around everyone is hip to his dumb moves and Mark calls out that he is setting this up to use as an excuse AGAIN. Everything is an admission of guilt with this man.
Finally it is Halloween and the guys decided to do a Ranker Review of the Most Terrifying horror figures of all time. Sure there are the classics like Frankenstein and Dracula, but what about Jason and Freddy? Where does Michael hit the list, or does he at all? Who is weird that you are not thinking about? They are trying for a new speaker of the house but it is failing for Jim Jordan, who thought for sure he was a shoe in...BUT...he found out how painfully unpopular he was. So how did he react? He had some friends send aggresive and taunting texts to fellow republicans that he needed the vote from. He attacked their wives and all of it. It was craziness.
Next up we have Old Donnie Trump and the gag order that he immediately ignored. This man is doing all the wrong things and it is going to land him in jail...as if the treason shouldn't have already. Then guys discuss this trend. Then it is on to Music stylings of Pyrus Wade, a local St. Louis musician. Wade grows up in North St. Louis county but eventually ended up in California! Back in the lou, the man is getting his name out there and we are blessed to have him on our show!
Finally, we do a tournament of pop culture, the 2023 Sweet 16 of Horror movies. We have 16 new movies battling it out this year for our horror love and the gents really put the time in to make sure the right movie is picked. Was your favorite on this list? How did it fare? Andy Echele shows up to help us decide this Tournament of Pop Culture. Andy is a old warrior at these things, so he should easily be able to help us figure out the winner. First up we discuss Israel and Hamas and the war erupting for the 1000th time in the middle east. This time they are really taking it to each other with 1000's of dead and bombings constant. But is this Bidens fault? Far from it. Mark and the guys discuss and give you a great perspective to view this from.
Next up Andy brings up that he is not a fan of the $15 minimum wage and this sets Mark and Andy into an amazing discussion about current economics and who to blame for the high prices.
